Shipping Policy

All Trenzly products are printed on demand, so each order is made after you place it.

1. Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Dispatch may be delayed on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday) from the date you place your order. Delivery may take longer because of your location, weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping locations
We deliver across India to PIN codes serviceable by our courier partner, Delhivery.

4. Shipping charges
Standard shipping (Delhivery surface): ₹49
Fastest shipping: ₹99
Cash on Delivery (COD): available, with no extra COD fee

5. Order tracking
Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched. Updates may take some time to appear.

6. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please provide a complete address, PIN code and phone number. Incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery attempts may cause delays or return of the parcel.

7. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and coordinate with the courier.
